Below are the details of your Campaign. Please take a moment to confirm this information to ensure that we have your Campaign properly entered into our system.





Below are a few key points regarding the Campaign process:

  • Profit: Your organization will earn 40% of the aggregate total price of the products sold. There is no minimum order.
  • Required Documentation: If your organization qualifies for TAX EXEMPT STATUS, please include the applicable tax exempt documentation prior to order submission.
  • Invoices and Payment: Your invoice will be emailed to you 2-3 days after we receive your sales order. Payment is due at time of invoice. Payment is required prior to shipment of your merchandise.
  • Shipping: Free shipping for all orders over $5,000. An 8% shipping charge, capped at $250, will apply to all orders between $500 and $5,000. Shipping for orders between $250 and $499 is $50, and orders between $1 and $249 is $30.
  • Delivery: Please allow 3-5 weeks for orders to be processed and shipped from date of invoice. Your order will arrive packaged by individual participant for easy and efficient distribution.

For the purposes of authorizing and initializing the Campaign planning process at Super Fan Sports Fundraising and locking in my dates, my electronic signature will acknowledge approval of the above details.
